Can I Go Home the Same Day?
All of our procedures are out-patient procedures. We have found over the years that going home the same day gets patients back into their own comfort zone.
Being in their home allows patients to actually do much better and heal much faster. We like you to be home moving around because it prevents some of the complications that can be seen with tummy tucks.
Can I Have Liposuction at the Same Time as a Tummy Tuck?
A tummy tuck can include liposuction as well as muscle tightening and skin removal in order to get the best result.
Liposuction on other areas can be done at the same time as a tummy tuck. Often times, we do liposuction on the hips, the flanks, outer thighs, inner thighs, and knees at the same time.
Do I Have to Wear a Garment After Surgery?
A compression garment is worn after abdominoplasty surgery to decrease swelling, expedite healing and give you the best results. assist skin retraction. This helps avoid any contour irregularities, divots, or imperfections in the skin.

How Long is the Recovery?
The recovery, in general, is 7-10 days.
By 14 days, most of our patients are driving and return to work (as long as their work doesn’t include strenuous activities).
By 6-8 weeks, you feel 100% and look great and go to the gym and return to your normal routine.
